Ordering
Do I need to pay the shipping fee?
No, we provide free shipping on all orders.
How do I redeem my discount code?
Simply enter the discount code on the checkout page, discount will be applied automatically.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel it if the order has not been shipped.
Please contact us at: service@moomeemart.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order go through or not?
After you complete the payment for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email as well, this means your order has been gone through.
If the payment has been deducted but you did not receive the order confirmation email, please contact us at: service@moomeemart.com and we will check for you.

Where do you ship to?
We provide free standard shipping to USA. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or military APOs.
When can I expect my package?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours and package will take 3-7 days to deliver to you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your new address and we will amend it for you.
If your order has been shipped, please try to contact the delivery company directly to modify it.
What should I do if the tracking shows the package has been delivered but I never received it?
Sometimes courier may deliver the package at your back/front door or your neighbors if you are not at home. Kindly check around your house or ask your neighbors. If the package still cannot find, please contact us at: service@moomeemart.com
How to track my package?
Once we fulfilled your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you can track the package from the link in the email.
Returns/ Exchanges
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, we offer 30-day return/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Are exchanged or returns free?
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the problem is not caused by the quality of product.
When can I expect my refund if I return my order?
Once the package is delivered to the warehouse and inspected, we will issue you a refund in 48hrs.
The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 5 business days.
How to initiate an exchange or return?
- Send an email to service@moomeemart.com that includes your order number and share the reason for your exchange/ return.
- We will deal with your request within 24 hrs on working days.
- Once your return is received and inspected. We will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund.
