  • Shipping Availability

We provide free standard shipping to USA for order above $35.00. Additional Shipping fee of $7.99 if order below $35.00. Additional fees of $15.99 or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or military APOs. 

  • Order Handling Time

Generally, orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment. Orders made on the weekends/ holidays might experience delays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Shipping Time

The package will take 3-7 days to deliver to your address after we send your order.

Packages may be delayed by weather/ public holidays/ high peak season, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.

If you cannot track the package or have any questions, please contact us at: service@moomeemart.com and we will resolve it for you within 48 hours.

  • Wrong or Defective Items

Please take clear pictures of the item you received and contact us at service@moomeemart.com within 2 days if you received wrong or defective item.

We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in solving the problem.

  • Package Lost

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at service@moomeemart.com and we will look into it, if it's confirmed that the package is lost, we will send you a replacement immediately.

  • Wrong Shipping Address

Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.

  • Change Shipping Address
