We recommend measuring yourself prior to ordering to ensure you get the fit that's best for you. Our customer service will also be happy to assist you with the sizing or installation-related questions you may have.

  • Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you make the payment. The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 5 business days.

  • Exchange & Return

We offer a 30-day exchange/return, which means you can request an exchange/ return within 30 days after receipt.

We don't accept exchanges/ returns for clearance items. 


Few things you might need to know before exchanging or returning.

  1. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the problem is not caused by the quality of the product.
  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. Products that have been obviously installed or assembled are not accepted for exchange or return.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Kindly send email to service@moomeemart.com that includes your order number and share the reason with us for your exchange/return for us to improve.
  2. We will deal with your request within 24 hours on working days.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund.
  • Refund

The warehouse will inspect the package once they receive the package you returned, please allow us 48 hours to issue you a refund.

The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please remember it can some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us at service@moomeemart.com in 48 hours if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. Please share some pictures of the item you received. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
